We offer a wide variety of custom felts and can engineer or manufacture to your needs. We manufacture our felts from wool, wool blend, wool and synthetic, polyester and other synthetic fiber mixtures and also convert them into custom cut parts.

Unlike our SAE Wool Felts, Needle felt is not pressed but goes through the process of repetitive up and down needle punctuation, closely interlocking synthetic fibers or a blend of wool and synthetic fibers. Needled felts can achieve similar density levels as pressed felts, but the weight factors vary. They are commonly used as fillers, cushions, filtration materials and surface protectors as well as in many other applications.
